Susan Slechta is a co-founder with her husband, of MRAC and has over 10 years of construction experience. She also has experience in the financial management and consultant to many small and large businesses over the years. She has 18 years experience in accounting and has spent a significant amount of her time in the estimation, review and negotiation of contracts. She has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration & Accounting from California State University, Northridge.

Thelma Sorensen, has over 40 years experience in business and dealing directly with customers. She has held positions at Bank of America, Harris Corporation and many other places where she has always brought a sense of organization to the office. Thelma has been involved with construction office management over the last 6 years.

Americo Leyva has been involved in roofing for 18 years. He has experience in Metal, Shingle, Tile, and Flat Deck Roofing materials. He has 9 years experience in running roofing crews, with the last 7 years with Master Roofing and Construction Inc.
